We can't change situations in our life, there will always be stressful times but it is the way we react to them that determines the outcome. If you begin your day stressed you will already be on fight or flight before you start your work. Make a list of everything that feels stressful and take back control of your life. Learn to relax and enjoy life, work to live, don't live to work. Tell yourself life is easy and that you are amazing, give yourself credit rather than beat yourself up over things that might happen but most of all enjoy every moment.
