We can't change situations in our life, there will always be stressful times but it is the way we react to them that determines the outcome. If you begin your day stressed you will already be on fight or flight before you start your work. Make a list of everything that feels stressful and take back control of your life. Learn to relax and enjoy life, work to live, don't live to work. Tell yourself life is easy and that you are amazing, give yourself credit rather than beat yourself up over things that might happen but most of all enjoy every moment. 
As many of you may know I wear 2 hats, one is as a great Business Adviser/Bookkeeper and the other is a Hypnotherapist. Many of my bookkeeping clients enjoy the advantages of this. Yesterday I had a call from a client who was stressed due mounting debts and juggling money. She hadn't slept for days and was exhausted. My advice? Get an early night and when all those worrying thoughts come into your mind, put them in a bag and ask the Angels to take them away and sort them out for you (yes I believe in Angels too!..just because I'm a bookkeeper doesn't mean I'm serious all the time!! :-) ). Keep doing it until you feel they have all gone then imagine yourself on a beach and just Relaaaax.. 
I got this email this morning "I know it's early but I just want to share my news with my 'life coach', I got the Angels to take all my worries away last night and although they have now got hunch backs from the weight I feel so much better today!, I hope this year pops into place for all of us..you are truly amazing...thank you for all your inspiration and guidance" Feeling truly blessed that I not only have the skills to help my clients have stress free bookkeeping but I also get to support them at times when they feel stressed emotionally too.
